Sally is a healthcare executive with expertise in value-based care, strategic consulting, and clinical quality improvement. Throughout her career in health systems and technology, she has consistently driven growth and innovation by aligning payers and providers to improve patient outcomes, expand market share, enhance operational efficiency, and diversify revenue streams.

As the former National Market Director at Lumeris, Sally leveraged a consultative sales approach to secure two successful risk-sharing partnerships with physician groups in Colorado and Tennessee. She managed a national pipeline, led digital marketing efforts, and built a reputation as a thought leader, significantly increasing brand awareness. Prior to Lumeris, Sally worked in early-stage startups, strategic investing, and as an independent advisor to digital health founders.

Sally’s cross-functional leadership experience began early in her career as the system-wide Manager of Clinical Quality in the Division of Gastroenterology at Mount Sinai Health System. There she oversaw quality improvement, reporting, clinical workflows, and education of providers, fellows, and residents in quality methodology. Sally has worked in various analytical, strategic, and research functions at Mount Sinai, Genentech, and Stanford Medical Center.

Sally holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health and dual bachelor degrees in Human Biology and Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Known for her strategic acumen and ability to foster effective working relationships, Sally is committed to advancing healthcare delivery through innovation. Outside of work, she is passionate about mentoring emerging healthcare leaders and contributing to community health initiatives.
