Harriett Flowers has enjoyed a career spanning over 30 years as a software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendor. She has sold, architected, managed (and near the “dawn of computing”, wrote code for) successful systems that have generated well over $1 billion in revenue.

She founded FinThrive, a Saas healthcare revenue cycle solutions company and is actively involved in healthcare and broader software industries as mentor, investor & advisor. 

Currently Harriett is associated with Enumerist, LLC, an IT services and consulting company in Irving, TX where she leads a team of IT professionals who build relationships with and between the most talented technologists, artists, marketers, operations experts and financial wizards in the world. Harriett also spends her time as an Investor and Director at PredictiveHR where a team of seasoned consultants led by experienced practitioners – combined 100+ years of experience in human capital management across people, processes and technology. PredictiveHR recognizes gaps in the HR function and provides access to solutions that could be tailored to the diverse needs of each business.

Harriett received her Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Texas at Dallas and volunteers during her spare time as VP/Director for The Russell Foundation which is dedicated to the betterment of children and youth by fostering elements needed for their development into confident, competent, and caring adults.
